Is the AI Business Audit fixed price?
The audit starts from AUD $2,950 + GST. Final price is confirmed in writing before kickoff once we understand your scope, team size and the systems we need to review. All prices are indicative and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Can the audit fee be credited toward implementation?
Audit fee credit may be available for approved implementation projects commenced within 60 days. Eligibility and the credited amount are confirmed in writing with the implementation proposal — credit is not automatic in every case.
How long does the audit take?
Indicative duration is around 2 weeks from kickoff to delivery: one kickoff call, one discovery / workshop session, and one delivery call with the written report. Indicative timing depends on availability, scope and access to information.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before the audit kickoff. If you prefer, we can also work under your standard NDA. Either way, your business information stays confidential and is not shared outside the engagement team.
What if we do not proceed to implementation?
That is completely fine. The audit is a standalone, paid engagement — you keep the PDF report, the 30 / 60 / 90-day roadmap and the opportunity-scored backlog whether or not you engage us for implementation work. There is no obligation to continue.
Do prices exclude GST?
All prices are indicative and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. A formal engagement letter with GST-inclusive totals is provided before any paid work commences.
