How Getup Solutions collects and uses your information.
This notice explains what we collect when you submit our contact form or AI readiness assessment, how we use it, where it is stored, and your rights.
Who we are
Getup Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian company providing AI digital transformation, MVP software, mobile app development and automation services.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, email and (optional) phone number.
- Information you choose to share about your business, current tools, budget and timeline.
- Technical metadata (such as your IP address — stored in hashed form — and browser user-agent) used only for spam protection and security audit.
Why we collect it
We collect your information for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a personalised AI readiness recommendation. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our Australian-hosted Supabase Postgres database (Sydney region, ap-southeast-2) with row-level security and append-only audit logging. The platform is Essential Eight ML2 Aligned by Design.
Retention
Phase B enquiry and assessment submissions will be retained for business follow-up and reviewed before production launch. Final retention periods must be confirmed before go-live.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@getupsolutions.com.au.
AI usage policy
We follow a documented AI usage policy that prohibits placing real customer data, personal information, credentials or confidential records into general AI tools. See our security posture page.
